Sweets 7.62 Solvent is an effective copper solvent. Only use nylon brushes with this copper solder, a bronze brush would quickly dissolve if used with Sweets. Sweet's 7.62 Solvent should not be left in the pipe for longer than 15-20 minutes at a time.
